Agreement Letter for Renting a House

A rental agreement is signed between the landlord and the tenant. The agreement letter is prepared before the landlord rents out the property and other things to the tenant. While writing this letter, detailed terms and conditions are mentioned in order to secure the agreement made by both the parties. Once everything is written down, the landlord and the tenant sign the agreement in order to confirm that they will abide by whatever is written on the paper which they are signing.

While writing an agreement letter between the tenant and the landlord, one must include the dates and the terms which the two parties have agreed upon. Start off by writing the date on which the contract is being written by both the parties. Write their names down, along with the areas where they are from. Later, re-enter the date on which the agreement is being agreed by both the parties. Then write in bullet points about all the terms and conditions which are an important part of the contract. Make sure you mention everything that revolves around money exchange between the two parties. Everything must be transparent enough so that there are no problems later on.

End the agreement letter either on the bullet points or on the fact that both the parties have accepted it. Write the date on which both the parties are planning to agree on the letter written. Later, add two different signatures; one for the landlord and the other for the tenant.
